Special Events
We have several events throughout the year available to our clients of Dandelion Wishes and PK Digital Photography. We have a lot of fun and many adults seem to join in to have their portraits done too. Below are just a few of our events throughout the year. We will continue to be adding photos related to the events.
Spring and Easter Events:
Dates are announced early next year
We have a Great time around here in early spring as warm weather is finally approaching! We have a few different events going on. As the daffodils begin to bloom we have several sessions during April at the Clermont Nature Center where you will find thousands of daffodils blooming and some of the earliest Spring blooming trees leaving you in awe of the colors. We have a great time with the many photo spot locations throughout the area. When Easter begins to arrive we bring the star of the show, our adorable bunnies! A local breeder loans us these exotic bunnies for two weeks and boy do the kids love them. They are extremely calm and not your ordinary bunnies as their hair are long enough for the kids to enjoy brushing them. They will sit in the most active little one throughout the entire session. We are looking for to 2018 as we are hoping to add to our spring sessions a baby lamb or two.
Fall Sessions with the leaves
Dates are announced in September
You can’t have 22 acres and not have a Fall Session. Every fall is especially beautiful here with all the colors of the trees. We have several locations on the trails that are easily accessible. Each year it is a wait and see game for when we will be booking this event as it depends solely on Mother Nature. Typically it is a 2 week window and many times we can bring the Fall Season in doors. But it is a beautiful time and one of my favorites. During this time we begin our back to school Sessions and will begin our Senior Portraits.
The Holidays
October through the beginning of January
The Holidays are always a lot of fun. We have special events throughout July and it doesn’t stop until after December. We definitely love the holidays around here. We especially enjoy the Thanksgiving and Christmas times where we do numerous family sessions. This year we are in the works of hoping to bring Santa back again. We offer a great session not only which may include Santa ‘s face but also at times you will find just his hand peeking into a photo or his boots. We make this a special time and it is especially great because if we have a child who fears Santa, we only include bits and pieces so you know he was there.
Special Events announced throughout the Year
We have other special events around here from Mother's Day to Father's Day and even the celebration of July 4th. We have a painting session for siblings or best friends. But I warn you, Be prepared to get really messy. But don’t worry, we have a cleanup area with an included shower if needed and the paint washes out of your clothing. We also have a sibling Bubbles Party where they each will get their own specially made bubble wand made of colorful beading to keep as a memory of their event. Mom’s love these as they love to include it in an enclosed shadow box frame wit their photograph. We will continue to announce future events.
